Company Policies & Terms of Service
At IMAC Design and Stone Fabrication, LLC, (IMAC) we are committed to providing exceptional quality and craftsmanship in all of our stone fabrication and installation projects. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following policies apply to all client projects. By submitting a deposit or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
All projects require a deposit to secure slabs and reserve fabrication time. This deposit is non-refundable. If a project is delayed or placed on hold for more than two weeks from the time the deposit is received, the deposit will be forfeited in full. Clients who later decide to cancel a project or change their mind for any reason are not entitled to a refund of any portion of the deposit.
Because natural stone contains inherent variations in color, veining, and texture, these differences are not considered defects and do not qualify as grounds for refund, cancellation, or replacement. We take care to show each client the slabs that will be used, but natural variations are part of the uniqueness of stone.
Stone slabs that have been reserved or purchased for a project will be stored free of charge for up to fourteen days. After that period, a storage fee will apply unless installation is completed. If a project is held beyond thirty days, and no project installation date has been set, the slab will be released back into our inventory without refund of deposits or storage fees.
Installation dates can only be confirmed once final measurements, material selections, approvals, and any required payments are complete. Delays caused by incomplete decisions, job-site readiness, or third-party contractors are the responsibility of the client and do not alter payment or refund policies. Clients are responsible for ensuring that cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, and structural supports are properly prepared prior to installation.
Any design or layout changes requested after fabrication has begun will incur additional charges. If changes require new slabs or remakes, the client is responsible for all related costs, including additional material, labor, and disposal of previously cut stone.
Our workmanship warranty applies only to the installation performed by IMAC and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural wear, improper maintenance, or issues unrelated to our installation. Natural features such as fissures, pits, minor imperfections, and mineral variation are inherent to stone and are not covered under warranty.
Final payment is due at the time of installation, or before the release of fabricated pieces in the case of client pickup. Non-payment or delayed payment may result in collection action, and the client will be responsible for any associated fees.
By engaging our services, each client affirms their understanding and agreement to these policies. These terms are designed to protect both the integrity of our business and the satisfaction of clients who rely on us for timely, professional, and high-quality work.
